Support Creating a Yearbook is a unique process. Those that build the book are typically volunteers, with limited time and experience. This is why support is so important. At CYS we provide support every step of the way to ensure your Yearbook is assembled correctly and delivered on-time. Our support includes: Yearbook Kits – These kits include everything you need to create a Yearbook. Inside you’ll find written guidelines detailing each of the required steps and selections. The kit will provide you with the tools required to layout, design, fundraise and market your Yearbook.Yearbook Representatives – A knowledgeable CYS Yearbook Representative is provided to work with every customer. In most cases, the Yearbook Representative is able to meet with you in person on a regular basis. The role of the Yearbook Representative is to help answer questions, provide technical assistance and help you complete your Yearbook on schedule. Customer Service Representatives – Every customer is assigned an experienced in-house Customer Service Representative. Our CSR’s are readily available to answer any questions you may have and work closely with your Yearbook Representative to ensure your yearbook is created on time, on budget and with personal attention. Technical Support – As a CYS customer you have access to excellent technical support. In most cases, your Yearbook Representative or CSR is well trained to provide you with software technical support. For questions they are unable to answer, they have a host of in-house technical support staff they can draw from for further assistance. Workshops – Throughout the year CYS provides a series of Yearbook workshops, including an extensive 3 day summer workshop. These workshops are designed to take you through the process, and in an interactive way, enhance your Yearbook experience. These workshops are available at the class level, district level or on-line. more» Online Resources – Each customer is provided with access to our web resource section. These support materials are an expanded version of our Yearbook kits and include many downloadable layout templates, designs and helpful software plug-ins. more» Blog – Our blog is updated daily and provides on-going information about Design, Journalism, Photography, Fundraising, Printing and a whole host of other topics that will educate and enhance your yearbook experience. more» On-line Forum – As a CYS customer you can communicate with others who are also creating yearbooks. Browsing or registering to use our online forum is a great way to learn more, ask questions and get advice in a like minded community setting. more» e-Newsletters – At CYS we provide a weekly e-newsletter that provides valuable information on how to create your yearbook.
